We are a team of professionals dedicated to the total well-being of every guest by meeting and fulfilling the guests' expectations through listening, educating, and creating a positive experience. back to top SALON HISTORY Lasting Impression Hair Design, Ltd. is an upscale salon in Crystal Lake, Illinois, providing full hair care services with a specialization in dynamic haircolor, highlighting, and corrective color. The salon services men, women, and children with hair design, color, texture, therapy treatment, special occasion design, facial waxing, and cosmetic experiences. Lasting Impression has four American Board Certified Haircolorists and an International Board Certified Haircolorist. The salon offers Aveda, Goldwell, Nioxin, OPI, and private label products. Established in January of 1990, Lasting Impression employed eighteen people, including stylists, trainees, assistants, and receptionists. In the late 1990's, the salon began the transition from a place of business to a teamwork-based, skill-centered hair salon. The team now has eleven members and dedicates more time to mentoring new talent, expanding technical knowledge, and enhancing relationships with co-workers and guests. Lasting Impression has since experienced tremendous positive moral, educational, and financial growth. The salon strives to provide consistent quality service based on a commitment of excellence.
